– Radon testing
– Mold testing
– Asbestos testing
– Electromagnetic Field testing
– Formaldehyde
– Volatile Organics (VOC’s)
– Allergens
– Septic evaluation

– Water Quality testing: lead, bacteria, nitrates, Ph, hardness, iron, radon, turbidity, copper; others upon request.

Environmental tests are usually performed at the same time as a home inspection. Sometimes, a client only needs some environmental testing done, in which case we perform them alone. 

There are no shortcuts taken with Home Depot – type do-it-yourself kits that are not always accurate. 

We collect actual samples as needed, based on our expert risk assessment procedure, and submit them to certified labs.

We then mail you the results with a cover letter from us explaining the results in easy-to-understand, non-technical language. 

If there proves to be a dangerous substance present, we will give you phone numbers or places to look to find a service that mitigates, or repairs the problem. If you are purchasing a house, the seller will usually pay for this, or reduce the asking price.
